In 1988 Tom Boatright started up the Aurora Flyers Track Club with ten athletes. Today the Flyers are a nationally ranked track and field club with over 100 athletes. Throughout the years Tom has coached and qualified hundreds of athletes to compete in the Jr. National Olympics. In 2009, he had 70 athletes qualify for the National Championship. Currently he has over 15 athletes who took 1st place as national champions. He has helped over 30 athletes go on to colleges all over the country.
